Yoga for Teens, another point of view
This class of Yoga for teens is a dynamic practice. There is a prejudice among the younger about yoga that is a slow and boring discipline but is not so!
In particular this yoga for younger aim at a physical practice that is energizing and dynamic, increases strenght, resistance and flexibility.
The body is challenge at times with demanding postures, that fully engage the mind, and in this way helping the devolopment of concentration and create awarness of personal energy.
Practices with specific aim in group or in pairs, visualizations and guided relaxation are offered to create a personal transformative experiece.
